氣浮設(shè)備的工作原理是在的壓力(0.35~0.45Mpa)下使適量空氣與部分回流水在溶氣罐內(nèi)形成飽和溶氣載體，經(jīng)釋放器驟然減壓而獲得大量微細(xì)氣泡，迅速粘附于水中流動(dòng)顆粒、乳化油、澡類和經(jīng)混凝反應(yīng)的絮體上，造成絮體比重小于水的狀態(tài)，被強(qiáng)制迅浮于水面，從而獲得固液分離。
在成份復(fù)雜的高難度廢水處理的工藝組合時(shí)，氣浮處理同時(shí)還伴附著曝氣現(xiàn)象，降低了表面活性和有機(jī)濃度，使耗氧量大為降低，促進(jìn)了廢水的進(jìn)一步凈化，為下級(jí)處理提供了有利于達(dá)標(biāo)的水質(zhì)。
氣浮設(shè)備主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
氣浮設(shè)備與一般沉淀相比，氣浮凈水具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1、單位面積產(chǎn)水量提高4~5倍，占地面積可減少70%。
2、水在凈化中的停留時(shí)間可縮短80%，排渣方便，渣體含水率低，其體積僅為沉淀池的1/4。
3、混凝劑投加量可減少30%，可按工業(yè)生產(chǎn)情況隨意開停，管理方便。與同類產(chǎn)品相比，本產(chǎn)品具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
